Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment Processing Time:

- Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days.

- During high order volumes, slight delays may occur. In case of a significant delay, we'll notify you promptly via email or telephone.

- Please allow additional transit days for delivery.

Shipping Rates:

- Free shipping is available for all paid orders and the initial size exchange.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of Rs 100 applies. Please be aware of this when selecting the COD payment option.

- For customers with a higher-than-average return or RTO rate, shipping fees may be applicable for subsequent orders or exchanges.

Estimated Delivery Time:

- We utilize third-party shipping services, and the estimated delivery time is 1-7 business days from dispatch for most locations in India.

- Delivery delays may occur occasionally.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

- A Shipment Confirmation email, including your tracking number(s), will be sent once your order is dispatched.

- Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

-You can track your order using the provided tracking information on our website or the carrier's website.

International Shipping Policy:

- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.
